Rohit brings over 30 years of banking, lending and leadership experience, with a career spanning customer service, residential lending, business banking and commercial lending, through to senior management and leadership roles.
After many years leading teams and supporting customers across the banking industry, Rohit most recently served as ANZ Bank’s Auckland Regional Manager before stepping away from banking to co-found REM Finance. His extensive experience gives him a deep understanding of lending, credit and how banks approach financial decisions.
Today, Rohit brings that experience directly to his clients, providing professional, practical and solution-focused advice across a wide range of lending needs. He is passionate about understanding each client’s goals, navigating complex situations, and helping them achieve the best possible outcome.

With over 10 years of banking and lending experience at ANZ, Eric has worked across customer service, lending and credit assessment, through to leadership roles. This broad experience has given him a strong understanding of lending from both the customer’s and the bank’s perspective.
Throughout his career, Eric has helped many clients navigate both straightforward and complex lending situations. He believes the best advice starts with genuinely understanding each client, working hard for them, and finding practical solutions that suit their individual circumstances.
Today, Eric brings that same approach to his own financial advisory business, combining experience, knowledge and genuine care to help clients achieve the best possible outcome. For Eric, it’s not just about getting a loan approved. It’s about making the process easier, turning challenges into possibilities, and ensuring every client feels supported from start to finish.
